RL360° Services anti-money laundering requirements

We can accept original documents or certified copies of documents from any of the following: 

  • An authorised representative of an embassy or consulate of the country that issued the identification document.
  • A notary public, lawyer or advocate.
  • A Regulated Introducer (or authorised employee thereof).

 

Certified copies must include: 

  • The name, signature and position of the person providing the certification.
  • A statement to the effect that it is a true copy of an original.
  • The date on which the document was certified.

Any original documents will be returned upon request.

 

Please note that RL360° Services is unable to accept UK Regulated Introducers Certificates.

 

Public Registered Companies

  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Proof of the address of the registered office.
  • A list of directors.
  • A list of officers from whom CMI is to take instructions and specimen signatures.
  • A set of the latest annual reports and accounts, where possible.
  • A copy of the board resolution confirming authority to act on behalf of the company.
  • Confirmation that the company has not been, or is not in the process of being dissolved, struck off, wound up or terminated.
  • Nature and details of the business.
  • Written confirmation of the Nationality of individuals and Key Account Parties.
  • For Hong Kong business only: A certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Company Search Reports.

 

Private Limited Companies

  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Proof of the address of the registered office and place of business.
  • A list of directors.
  • Proof of identity* of at least two directors, one of whom must be an executive director.
  • A list of officers from whom RL360° Services is to take instructions and specimen signatures.
  • A set of the latest annual reports and accounts, where possible.
  • A list of all shareholders.
  • Proof of identity* of all shareholders holding 20% or more of the issued share capital. If the shareholder(s) is a holding company, trust or nominee, further evidence will be required. The principal requirement is to verify the identity of those who have ultimate control over the business and company’s assets. Please contact us for details.
  • Confirmation that the company has not been, or is not in the process of being dissolved, struck off, wound up or terminated.
  • Nature and details of the business.
  • For Hong Kong business only: A certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Company Search Reports.
  • For Hong Kong business only: Verification of identity of at least two directors, including the Managing Director and all authorised signatories.
  • For Hong Kong business only: A copy of the board resolution to enter into the contract.
  • Completion of our Source of Wealth form for all investments.

 

*For UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents - one piece of photographic identification which incorporates either the applicant's date of birth or current residential address. In extreme circumstances where it is not possible to obtain a passport or national ID card we may accept a driving licence. 

 

*For non-UK residents - valid full passport and recent, less than 3 months old, utility bill, bank statement, community charge (rates) or tax assessment documents.
